September 7, 2019 | 1 min readThe Point B getaway featured another winner thanks to Joe Boyles' excellent Japanese whisky selection with classic Japanese elegance, delicate fruit, vanilla, and that signature smooth oak character that never overwhelms. The silky texture carried gentle sweetness and green apple notes through to a clean, lingering finish that had you reaching for more. I really need to start taking proper notes at these tastings instead of relying on memory!
